  This is by far the worst daycare i have ever done business with
  I had my two children in this daycare for only two months.
  One of witch was only after school pick up and the other was infants. The infants teacher does NOT keep track of the babies as well as their stuff. for instance i bought a refillable bag of wipes for my son November the 3rd and on the 4th they where saying he was out... i asked how when i just bought a refillable bag of 220 wipes???? their answer was they never got the bag and he needed more. so i went to the owner and she stated that she did not know where they went and the director is who i gave the wipes to!!! she never found them either. that was not the 1st time they lost my sons wipes this was the 3rd time. then Monday the 7th comes and he needs more pampers.... again i ask why when i just bought him a new pack on Thursday of last week never got a answer just a blank look..... on top of consistently loosing my sons stuff bibs clothes ect... he came home with a black eye one week and a huge knot in the middle of his forehead again with no valid explanation just. no one knew what happened or how it happened they said and i quote "I guess he fell", so my guess is your not watching my son they way you should be. after all this rift raft my 5 year old only told me every day that these women who work with the kids are rude and mean. so i hung out for a while one day popped in and out just to see what was going on here and as the morning went on i would see parent after parent dropping their kids off as usual and the 1 teacher in the drop off room would yell at the kids if they did not stop crying and have them sit by them self until they stopped. i naturally spoke up to her and told her that the children are upset because they naturally don't want to leave the parent and the fact that she is so mean is the driving force behind the kids crying when their parents drop them off. and her response to me as a parent was " well they know they are coming back and i don't have time to deal with it" i responded " if the kids felt welcome they would not cry if you take the time get up out of your chair and console the child talk to the child they would stop"
  i could go on with how they forgot to pick up my child from school and then when i took them out of just for tots they pick my child up. i asked why they picked her up knowing she does not go to that day care and the response was the other daycare did it......at this point i have told them if they pick my child up again i will be calling the cops and pressing charges for kid napping. Personally i will never refer this daycare or its partners to anyone. it only get a star because i cant post this comment without it
