  Supremely rude and unable to think creatively. In the end, I even asked for some leaves, two stemmed roses and twine so I could do the arrangement myself, and she still had a problem with it, and a huffy, impatient attitude to boot. Chattering about me behind my back to a coworker as I walked away saying, “I’ll just go, it’s alright, thank you...” unprofessional and draining after the death of a loved one, no one should be made to feel like a horrible inconvenience. Next time, listen to the customer, ask for a picture, or a drawing if you don’t get it. I walked in thinking I would be getting my wedding arrangements here as well, and now... I wouldn’t come back if you were the last flower shop on Earth.
