- Josh LavianDec 25, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The tech they sent to set us up with service told us we owed him $75 for a "custom fee," which was his way of saying, "To try to scam you out of $75 while I'm here, if I can." Service is shoddy, and when you call in, their customer service reps are disrespectful and play games with you. As soon as you're out of a contract and you mention cutting your service because you can do so without a penalty, they start to pay attention and be polite. Stay away from these idiots. Do NOT spend your money with them.
