  The duplex on 3007 cantabrian are hollow you can hear everything .. I mean everything. You can hear the neighbors walking around the whole apartment. Yes they are cheap to rent but I don't think it's worth your safety because the crime rate in that area is high. The office also charged me $200 to clean the apartment when I had shown receipt of cleaning services. THEY ALSO charge light, water for cleaning purposes. They charge you $25 for inspection fees. At the end I received back $160.00 from the $525.00 of deposit that I gave. Do not rent from this company cause you will regret it just the way I did and probably many others. Sadly I never gave any hassle to the apartment office on small things that had to be fixed and I fixed myself and yet they take my aloe of my deposit away. DO NOT LEASE WITH THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL REGRET. YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME ASK OTHERS ON THAT AREA AND YOU WILL SEE.. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I'm definitely calling BBB to put a complaint and check up on this company.
